I’m a fully qualified English teacher, based in north east England, with over 10 years of teaching experience across schools, universities, and one-to-one settings. My qualifications include:
PhD in Performance Studies
PGCE in Secondary English
MFA in Theatre Directing
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
DBS checked
I’ve taught in Ofsted Outstanding secondary schools, lectured at university, and worked as a GCSE and A Level examiner, all of which informs the structured, thoughtful approach I bring to tutoring.
But beyond all that, I love helping young people grow in confidence and rediscover their voice on the page.
